What we make

Foshan Zhunfa Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. designs and builds equipment for processing aluminium profiles and for producing all-aluminium furniture. The range covers 45° mitre saws, pneumatic and hydraulic cut-off saws, CNC engraving machines, T-bar cutting machines, CNC drilling and milling machines, panel light cutting equipment, and the nesting–edge banding–drilling chain for all-aluminium furniture lines.

Two brands

• ZHUNFA MACHINE (ZF®) — aluminium profile processing equipment for the air grille, advertising light box, picture frame and LED panel light industries.
• SUBEILEI — turnkey all-aluminium furniture solutions: nesting, edge banding and drilling lines configured by target capacity.

How we work

• Selection from your drawing, not from a catalogue. Send a profile cross-section or product drawing; blade size, stroke and clamping are matched to the section rather than chosen by motor power.
• Trial run before shipment. Every machine is trial-run and inspected before it leaves the factory, and the acceptance check is completed with you.
• Export support. Equipment is exported with customs clearance and sea freight arrangements confirmed in the contract; English documentation and technical contact are available.
